To coincide with AIDS Awareness Week and World AIDS Day 1st December 2009, national and regional free-to-air and pay TV networks across the country have, for the second year running broadcast the AIDS Trust of Australia’s Red Ribbon Day awareness community service announcement. Tens of thousands of Sydneysiders descended on Hyde Park North to support the annual Sydney Food & Wine Fair on Saturday 31st November. The generous support of almost 28,000 visitors, 100 stall holders and 200 volunteers raised more than $55,000 for the AIDS Trust of Australia.» Read more
