Without volunteers, there would be no Sydney Food & Wine Fair. Each year we need 150 helpers to put it all together, make it run smoothly and then remove it all again – quite an operation. There’s much to be done and many different sorts of jobs are available including Administration, Bump In, Bump Out, EFTPOS and Cash Coupon Sales, Stallholder Support, Fair Guides and the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
